Zhao Yinquan, from Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China, completed a 200-meter run in 45 seconds. At the same time, he held two steel balls of 2 kilograms with both hands and grab them with both hands alternately, resulting in a total of 49 times of grabbing. Upon verification by Forbes World records, Zhao Yinquan successfully set the world record of "the shortest time to run 200 meters by grabbing steel balls with both hands alternately (2kg each ball)".
